We really enjoyed our stay!! The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and mini golf. The size of the house was perfect for our family and the pool was so refreshing after a hot day on the beach. We loved sitting on the upper deck in the evenings enjoying the view of the ocean and listening to the music coming from Art's Place.

The house is very well laid out & walking distance to the beach. Being walking distance to Art's Place was a big plus as well. The hot tub & pool were great as was the rec room. Definitely a great house to spend your vacation in!

Wonderful home. Clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool was cold (off season) but kids still went in. Hot tub was great. Beds were wonderful. Walked to Art's Place for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the beach. Coffee and sunrise on the deck - doesn't get any better than that. For our first time in OBX, it was perfect!

We had a wonderful experience at Breakers. The views of the ocean from top deck were great. We loved being able to bring our dog on vacation as well! Art's place behind the house plays music nightly while we were there 7-10, we didn't mind this and enjoyed listening from deck (however you can hear some while inside home, but they promptly stop at 10pm). We overall loved our experience at Breakers.

This home was spectacular. The location was great, the set up was great, etc. We will definitely be renting again. We are so happy that you allow dogs, this allows us to bring our fur-children with us on vacation.
