"Sea Dunes C2" is located at Mile Post 4.25. Sea Dunes is just across from 475 ft. of unobstructed, pristine beach that is life guarded. This complex provides their guests with use of the Community Pool (open approximately May 23 to September 26) along with use of the racquetball court, tennis court, whirlpool, universal weight equipment and the clubhouse which also offers WIFI.

Ground Level: Garage with washer, dryer, gas grill, shower and interior access to the Mid Level.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private balcony, Master Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and full private bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, Double Sleep Sofa, ceiling fan and deck access, dining room seating 4, half bathroom and kitchen with counter seating for 3.

Extras: 3 TVs, DVD player, washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet, toaster oven, microwave, gas grill, garage, vacuum, ceiling fans, outside shower, community fitness room, community Pool and Hot tub. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 475'. Beds: Queen, 2 Singles, Double Sleep Sofa. House Address: 3836 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy, Kitty Hawk Office. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $115.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This property does NOT provide an iron or ironing board.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We had a wonderful time here! The unit was lovely and the location was great! Management company was top notch. A service call was required for what turned out to be an AC leak. Repair was made quickly and all was fine for the remainder of our stay. We knew linens were not included but while I thought to bring one, it would have been nice if there was sponge for washing dishes (we choose to do by hand) or some extra garbage bags. Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided to throw a tropical storm (Hermine) at us so we ended up leaving a day early so we didnt get stuck driving home in the storm, which would have been in full force almost the entire trip home if we left Saturday. Already thinking about returning next summer!
