The social heart of the home, the top floor is ideal for socializing. Whip up delicious dishes in the shining full kitchen, configured with top quality appliances and ample stone counter space. A plush suite includes a private balcony, while two sunny decks present water vistas.

The second floor features a suite and a game room with foosball and an arcade cabinet. The hot tub deck is also on this level. Two bunk rooms are connected by a full bathroom - one with a private balcony and one with direct hot tub access.

The entry level is home to the billiard room, where a wet bar includes a wine refrigerator and microwave. You’ll also find a bunk room as well as a guest bathroom that can be accessed via the pool deck. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a game of sand volleyball in your own backyard. Then fire up the grille for a poolside cookout!
