Freshly modernized private studio apartment located above our garage, just a five min. drive to the closest beach access. Tastefully decorated, urban coastal decor, centrally located, with on-site parking. Located in a handsome residential neighborhood, close to eateries, stores, wine bars, spas, and the beach!
The space
Get ready to relax and relax in our Studio apartment. It offers a full kitchen and bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed with huge dresser and Intelligent TV, as well as a pull out couch that opens to a double bed. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and offers pub style seating for four at the counter. The bathroom offers both a full size tub and shower, and basic toiletries. The spectacular back yard offers a relaxing garden sitting area, and an outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are also included as well as bicycles for cruising around the neighborhood.

The apartment is yours to appreciate, and we have set up an outdoor area in the back for you to relax. The upper decks are private; though please feel complimentary to use the propane grille.

Duck Woods Country Club and Sea Scape Golf Links are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park.
