The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate coastal getaway only steps from the beach access. The home includes a fenced backyard with a private swimming pool, hot tub, volley ball court and a bar area with a TV. The rec room includes the pool table, a TV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. Three bedrooms include private suites with a King or Queen bed and TVs, while another features a duo bunk and TV. A full hall bath and laundry complete this ground level.

Ascend to the top level's delightfully decorated open living space with dining and kitchen areas complete with a enormous TV and ocean vistas. Two sun decks offer a ideal backdrop for relaxation. There are also four Queen bedrooms ensuring everybody in your group as a comfortable and private space to relax.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**
