The Space:
Welcome to your ultimate coastal getaway only steps from the beach access. The home includes a fenced backyard with a private swimming pool, hot tub, volley ball court and a bar area with a TV. The rec room includes the pool table, a TV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave. Three bedrooms include private suites with a King or Queen bed and TVs, while another features a duo bunk and TV. A full hall bath and laundry complete this ground level.

Ascend to the top level's delightfully decorated open living space with dining and kitchen areas complete with a sizable TV and ocean vistas. Two sun decks offer a ideal backdrop for relaxation. There are also four Queen bedrooms ensuring everybody in your group as a comfortable and private space to relax.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**The guest making the reservation must meet the minimum age requirement of 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
