*** Duck is LSV (street legal) and golf cart friendly. LSVs may be driven throughout the village of Duck, including on Route 12, in all areas where the speed limit is 35 mph or less. Golf carts may be driven in the neighborhoods and side roads throughout Duck, but may not be driven on Route 12 outside of Duck Village. Golf carts may not go across Route 12 outside of Duck Village. The Sanderling community does not allow golf carts or LSVs.

We adore those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring family pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited cancellation.



★ NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE ★

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals for high school or college events.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
