The bright and airy space on the second level is impressive! Enter the second floor to a handsome and open floorplan. Open the patio door and sit on the Adirondack chairs to take in the sea breeze and ocean vistas! The living room boast modern and comfortable furnishings for family gatherings. On cooler evenings, you can also appreciate the electric fireplace.

Families and friends will surely gather in the freshly refreshed kitchen complete with brand new appliances, soft close drawers, and ice maker. Family meals will be a enjoyment to host eating in the bright and modern dining area.

The third, primary bedroom, is also located on the second floor with an en suite bathroom.

All bedrooms are complete with TV's and cable. This condo also provides fast and reliable WiFi connection.

Please make sure you stop at the Barrier Island welcome station (blue building beside gate entrance) to receive your parking pass.
