This charming home ideally captures the essence of coastal living. Located in the striking town of Duck, it offers a unique blend of comfort and coastal appeal.
Top level: Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the property's handsome curb appeal and the gentle ocean breezes that grace the area. This home features a roomy, open floor plan, designed to maximize living space and natural light. The living area is adorned with huge windows offering expansive vistas of the natural beauty. The enormous kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island as a focal point for culinary endeavors. It seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating an inviting space for entertaining family and friends. There is a wet bar and a half bathroom on this level.
Middle Level: The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing getaway. The master suite, with its private balcony, offers beautiful vistas and a serene ambiance with a king bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. You'll also find an additional bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
