This cavernous home sits a block west of Highway 12 in Southern Shores, just over half a mile from the Hillcrest Beach Access. This accepts for simple access to Kitty Hawk and South as well as beating the traffic on the turnover day! This area does not have "public" beaches. You will need to use the guest passes included. You can walk, ride your bicycle or drive just a half-mile to the beach access.
