Welcome to our Beach House - Located directly between the Sound and the Ocean with a convenient walk to either. A fast walk to the East brings you right to a Beach Access point. The beaches of Duck are clean and roomy. To the West your short walk brings you to the sound where it is walking distance to the Boardwalk filled with shopping, eateries and bars.
If you chose to stay in, your home away from home has all of the amenities you will need for a week of relaxation and memories. Decks surround the home. The upper deck on top of the home will be your favorite spot. Appreciate your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the Ocean or your evening drink saying goodbye to the sun as is sets over the Sound.
The private 12' x 25 'pool is sure to be a hit with for your non-beach loving family members especially on the occasional windy day. Outdoor games on site include corn hole, can jam, yard yahtzee, body boards for pool or Ocean. There is a cart for you to wheel your gear to the beach. There are 2 grilles for outdoor cooking, 1 charcoal and 1 propane.
SandMor has 2 levels. Upstairs is a cavernous kitchen and open dining/family room. The kitchen is outfitted with all the amenities of home, a Keurig and a Ninja blender and all the silverware you could need. The 3 bedrooms upstairs include 1 Master with private full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms sleep 2 each and are located across the hall from the 2nd full bath. The couch in the living room pulls out to a Queen bed.
In the lower level is a family game room, supplied with board games, a combo ping pong table/pool table. HE Washer/Dryer are located off the game room. Each of the bedrooms have a pyramid bunk bed (full over twin) and a twin bed. There is a full bath in the lower level. The set up is ideal for multiple families - adults upstairs, kids downstairs.
Flat screen TV's in every room. Free internet throughout the property.
Your time spent in Duck will be the reset your family needs. Duck has activities in town all the time. Bicycle and boat rental companies are throughout the community. 20 min. drive South to Historical Kitty Hawk and 20 min. drive North to the wild horses of Corolla. 30 min. drive inland to the H2OBX, Outer Banks newest water park.
Use of Pool Heater is optional. Fees ($40/day) for pool heater are not supplied in quote. Pool is open from April to November weather permitting. Hottub is available year round.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach.
