Fabulous 4 Bedroom and Loft, 2 Bath Home, steps from the beach! Located on the ocean side of Duck Rd, only a few homes from the Ocean. Very calming vistas from every window. Drink your morning coffee, sip afternoon beverages and appreciate your meals on the 40' screened in porch with relaxing seating plus enormous picnic table. Bask in the sun in your private 40' x 16' Saltwater Pool with huge stamped concrete decking or load up the chairs and sun tan lotion and take a short walk to the beach (no streets to cross). Located in the peaceful town of Southern Shores, this comfortable home offers everything you need to savor your visit including a entirely equipted kitchen with top line appliances and all the equiptment you will need. Substantial TV in Living Area plus mounted TV's in 2 of the bedrooms. Kids will adore the spiral staircase up to the loft with 2 additional twin beds. Full size washer and dryer. Pool open from April thru end of September and is heated in April, May and September as needed. Minimum 7 day stay Sunday to Sunday during high season and 2 day minimum any available days the remaining months. Note the rental does not include linens.
