Welcome to our impressive home, Summerland, in the Schooner Ridge neighborhood of Duck, NC; a gorgeous coastal getaway that offers the ideal blend of comfort and casual beach living. Our cavernous and well-appointed home is the ideal choice for families and groups who are looking to appreciate all that the Outer Banks has to offer.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by the ground level game room. The second floor features 4 bedrooms (2 Queen bedrooms, a room with 2 twins, and a bunk room which has a full-sized bottom bunk, a twin-sized top bunk, and a twin-sized pull-out trundle). This floor also features 2 full bathrooms.

Upstairs, you will be greeted by a bright and airy living room that features plenty of seating. The open-concept design accepts for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and completely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; making it painless to entertain and spend quality time with your appreciated ones. The calming screened-in porch, a guest favorite, is accessible off of the dining area. This floor also features a Queen bedroom and another full bathroom.

The home features five delightfully decorated bedrooms, providing comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable linens ensuring a peaceful nighttime's sleep after a day of adventure on the beach or exploring the town of Duck. Roku TVs are featured in every room of the home.

Outdoors, you'll find plenty of space to relax and relax. The broad top-level deck is ideal for appreciating the warm North Carolina sun and fresh ocean air. A shaded second-floor deck includes a double hammock and hammock chair swing. The newly installed grilling area is great for outdoor dining and entertaining.
