Welcome to our striking home, Summerland, in the Schooner Ridge neighborhood of Duck, NC; a gorgeous coastal getaway that offers the ideal blend of comfort and casual beach living. Our roomy and well-appointed home is the ideal choice for families and groups who are looking to appreciate all that the Outer Banks has to offer.

The home features five charmingly decorated bedrooms, providing comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable linens ensuring a peaceful nighttime's sleep after a day of adventure on the beach or exploring the town of Duck. Roku TVs are featured in every room of the home.

The ground floor of the property provides great outdoor spaces and includes a charcoal grille, a picnic table, a basketball goal, a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower. Fire up the grille for a BBQ, or challenge someone to a game of basketball. A invigorating outdoor shower awaits after a day in the sand, and the broad driveway provides ample parking and space for games. The two Queen bedrooms offer a private escape, each featuring direct access to a shaded deck with comfortable seating and a swaying hammock – ideal for unwinding with ocean breezes.

The open-concept design accepts for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and entirely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; making it simple to entertain and spend quality time with your appreciated ones.
