An painless and short walk to the private beaches of Southern Shores, the Dune Ranch is the ideal backdrop for your Outer Banks hideaway. A quintessential surf shack with wide open living spaces providing plenty of room to gather with family or friends.
Tucked in the dunes just a short drive to the Town of Duck waterfront, discover the live oak lined multi-use pathways and trails throughout the neighborhood or launch your boat from the local marina less than one mile away.
Located just a block from the beach, The Dune Ranch has roomy open living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An simple walk and less than 60-second drive to the beach.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level beach bungalow. The home can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and two single beds. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite with full bathroom. There is a sizable living room with ample seating that flows into the dining and kitchen spaces.

You will be started with a few items including:

✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 5 trash bags
✔ 1 kitchen sponge
✔ Dish soap
✔ 10 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 6 wash clothes, 4 dish towels

Bed linens and bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and dish towels are supplied and washed between every guest.

We hope you savor our backyard. The garden and lawn are on a scheduled sprinkler system. No need to water it. We have a landscaper who tends the garden and yard.

To park at the local private beach accesses, we will provide you with two parking permits. The permits will need to remain at the property for the next guest's use. One permit is for access to the Southern Shores marina.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is by the sea. Kitty Hawk Pier and Duck Woods Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Nor'Banks Sailing and Children at Play Museum.
