Located just one-tenth of a mile away from the nearest public beach access, you will savor ocean vistas and a short 3-min. walk to the beach.

To make loading and unloading painless, appreciate a carport and access to an elevator that takes you to each level of the home. Your family will adore splashing around in the 16'x16' square concrete pool or taking a dip in the hot tub that is contained in a humongous fenced-in yard area. Inside, a giant recreation room features a pool-table and modest kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. A Queen Master Suite w/ Full Bathroom offers vistas of the pool and back yard. Completing the level is a full-size hall bathroom and a sitting room with has a couch bed.

A covered porch on the main floor is the main entrance to the home.
