Plus, when you're ready to hit the beach, it's only a 0.4-mile (9-min. walk) to the Tateway Rd. beach access or a 1-min. drive to the Perry St. beach access with parking!
Your family will appreciate splashing around in the upsized swimming pool with a additional diving board and slide that provides hours of entertainment! Surrounding the pool deck, you'll find plenty of lounge chairs for working on your tan and tables with umbrellas to provide shade on those especially hot days. A ground-level storage area contains the laundry room along with a full-size refrigerator—ideal for poolside snacks. A toilet area can be comfortably accessed from the pool deck. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off the sand after spending the day out by the ocean.
