The unit is the ground floor of our split level Home. Unit is a short walk to the ocean across the 158. Public golf course is in our backyard. Free wi-fi, and Direct tv. Full kitchen. Covered patio with seating and gas grille, gas grille is off December tillend of March /winter conditions. Picnic table, New bathroom with spa shower, kitchen completely equipped, beds, floor, private entrance with 2 parking spaces.

The apartment is the ground level of our home. We are a split level home. It is Freshly decorated to bring the feel of the beach into the home.

We are located on the golf course and you can walk to the club home. Also you can walk to the beach about 7 mins.. You can walk to our great restaurant about 4 min. walk.
