The new owners of Ocean Dream are pleased to share this much sought after end unit in gorgeous Duck. Get ready to relax in this cozy 1-bedroom, 2 full bath condo in building B. Just the right size for a modest family or couple's getaway. This ocean-front development is steps away from the beach and located within walking distance to the many stores and eateries that the historic town of Duck has to offer. Start your day off watching the sun rise over the Atlantic from your private deck or appreciate a peaceful meal, Al Fresco, prepared in your kitchen loaded with all the essentials after a busy day. Community amenities include an outdoor shower and restroom, pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, charcoal grilles with a courtyard area that includes picnic tables. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities located under each building. The 2 community boardwalks to the beach include a covered gazebo that offers another spot to sit and take in the fabulous vistas. Please note that there are no elevators onsite. This is a second floor unit but you will find the vistas and location are worth the stairs!
