CHECKIN & CHECKOUT
- CHECKIN: is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish early we will send you the check in information as soon as the home is ready. There is no guarantee of an early check in nor can we give you a specific time.
- CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in time we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction costs if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
The beach is about three blocks from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are numerous complimentary parking beach accesses within a 2 min. drive. Also, we provide beach chairs so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car!
IS THERE A GRILL?
Unfortunately No. Due to wing we do not allow grilles.

About the Area
Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Scarborough Lane Shoppes and Outer Banks Mall. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kitty Hawk vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
