Located in the Sound-Side condo complex, The Gables, this Outer Banks Rental provides access to a community pool while being just a short drive to a public beach access (roughly 1 mile away)! Other accesses are close by. 

This 2-story town-home offers original art and photography throughout the home, which is complimented by an striking color palette. The open floor plan on the first floor is light and airy, featuring a cavernous living area, completely-equipped kitchen, dining area, half-bathroom, laundry room, and a patio. It has three roomy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-shower and soaking tub. Two bedroom have two twin beds and a set of twin bunkbeds, and share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. New water heater installed in fall of 2024. This Outer Banks Rental unit will ideally accommodate a modest family.

The Gables Community is located in Kitty Hawk of the Outer Banks with a location that is central to the beach, sound (waterway between island and mainland), the Wright Brothers Memorial, shopping and eateries, golf (including miniature golf), movie theater, and so much more! Kitty Hawk is also just a short drive to the 4x4 beaches of Corova and Wild Spanish Horses! Combining this prime location with a rental unit that is comfortable, accommodating, and accessible to high-demand amenities, you and your family will experience an extraordinary Outer Banks experience that you'll want to return to year after year!

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children at Play Museum and Sea Scape Golf Links. Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting.
