"Annie Oakley" is located at Mile Post 3.75 on a peaceful street that's great for cycling, running, walking and offers painless and direct beach access. Appreciate 2 furnished sun decks, the east side deck offers a porch swing and sunrise view. From the west side deck you have a great view of the handsome outer banks sunsets!

Ground Level: Outside shower, gas grille and unfinished laundry/storage room with washer and dryer (only accessible from outside).

Top Level: Cavernous great room with a sizable flat-screen TV, Queen Sleep Couch and deck access, galley kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 and the dining area with seating for 7. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bath with stand up shower, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and flat-screen TV, and another full hallway bath with tub/shower combo.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home charges a $250 Security Deposit, returnable pending no damage.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
