The Wright Choice is the ultimate vacation home, offering opulent sound front living with unparalleled sound vistas ideal for watching spectacular sunsets. Located along Kitty Hawk Bay in the peaceful gated community of First Flight Ridge, this elegant estate features lavish furnishings and handsome decor providing the ideal setting for your family vacation.

Parlor by the sprawling private pool and spoil yourself at the poolside bar with plenty of seating, gas grille, and hot tub. The fun continues inside with ample space, an elevator, and a game room. Everyone will adore the pool table and flat-screen TV with DVD in sitting room.

Throughout this home, you will find new tile and wood floor. The sizable, open kitchen has been freshly refreshed and refreshed with all-new high-end stainless steel appliances.

The Wright Choice offers Roku TVs so guests can watch the same Charter cable channels via the Spectrum app. In addition, guests are welcome to sign in with their own internet TV accounts for painless streaming.

The private, gated community of First Flight Ridge is centrally located near eateries, stores, and the striking Kitty Hawk beaches. The sound front multi-use path just behind The Wright Choice is ideal for evening walks or bicycle rides. The community dock, ideal for fishing or crabbing, is conveniently located just two homes down.

Pool dates: 4/13/24 - 10/20/24 and hot tub is open year-round. The private pool size is roughly 14 x 30.

Ground Level: Queen bedroom with TV and access to gated pool area. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Two full baths. Recreation room with pool table, arcade game, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, TV, and access to the gated pool deck with hot tub and outside wet bar. Laundry area. Elevator access to all levels.

Mid Level: 4 en suites featuring 1 king and 3 queen beds. All bedrooms are equipped with TV and deck access. Den area with HighDef TV, computer modem, and deck access.

Top Level: King en suite with Whirlpool tub, TV and deck access. Roomy kitchen with 2 dishwashers and elevated island with seating for 6. Striking great room overlooking the sound with HighDef TV and gas fireplace. Grand dining area with comfortable seating for 10. Half bath.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, Luxurious soundfront home in a gated community in Kitty Hawk is on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
