Located between the Atlantic Ocean & Albemarle Sound in the middle of a 100-acre Maritime Forest, Beachwoods Resort is surrounded by lakes, woodlands, wetlands, rolling dunes & wildlife. This unique destination is on the Outer Banks of North Carolina adjacent to a 700-acre nature preserve. Savor the outdoor recreation park or relax by one of the pools, in the Lakeside Lodge or while fishing from the shore. With roomy accommodations that provide a ideal family getaway during any season.

This cavernous two bedroom unit sleeps up to 6 guests. with 1 private bedroom featuring king or queen bed, open loft with two twin beds and a sleeper couch. Two spacious well appointed bathrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. this suite also features a private patio.
*Based on availability we may book you into the 2 bedroom lock-off connecting two one bedroom accommodations each featuring a queen or king bed.*

This resort is a campus style property, the units are separate from the welcome center & require you to walk or drive to the pool & lodge area. You will have access to the Activity center (costs apply), arcade, bicycle trails, boardwalk, fishing, exercise center (age restrictions apply), game consoles, lake, BBQ grilles, picnic area, playground, sports courts, walking paths, outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, splash pad and water park.

Located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Town of Kitty Hawk offers year-round residents and visitors alike a unique and calming environment. The Town consists of a thriving village that has been around for generations, a newer beach community of residential cottages, and a maritime forest called Kitty Hawk Woods, featuring a wide variety of plant and animal life.
The Town of Kitty Hawk also prides itself on providing a public beach for the enjoyment of full time residents as well as seasonal visitors. There are many public beach accesses with parking available.

You will need a car to get to area attractions, hiking, cycling, golf, shopping and dining.

Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an e-mail address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee's are non- returnable

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two nighttime minimum, and is subject to availability.
Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit.
