We are so excited to bring our home to the rental market for the first time, we look forward to sharing it with you. We know our home will be your favorite hideaway on the Outer Banks. Additional Notes:
· The electric awnings over the grille and in the back of the home are not for renter use due to prior misuse
· There are umbrellas to use poolside in the storage beneath the tiki bar (please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use as wind can pickup quickly)

Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use.

PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non returnable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your family pets on the beach. About the Area

Kitty Hawk is home to this vacation home. Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse. Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.

• Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
• The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
