Savor the best of beach living in this freshly refreshed home in the heart of the Outer Banks, just a short walk from the ocean in Kitty Hawk. This cavernous and well-equipped Beach home has everything you need for an incredible hideaway. The Ocean vistas from the top-level living area are simply extraordinary! Kick back on the roomy decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, beach gear (chairs, trolly, etc) and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach home!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-event to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be included by the property co-host. You may receive an e-mail to complete your screening.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is on the beach. When to reserve a Kitty Hawk rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Kitty Hawk. To book the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
