A full bath and second bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom), TV, and Wii Game System are also located in the bunk bedroom.

Mid Level: 1 king en suite with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, 2 queen bedrooms (one with full, private bath), bedroom with 2 twin beds, hall full bath, laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board. Three of the bedrooms on this level face the Sound and have private access to a furnished mid-level deck with stairs to pool, patio, hot tub, and private dock.

Top Level: Well-equipped kitchen, great room with gas fireplace, TV, stereo with in-ceiling surround sound speakers and outdoor top deck speakers, hall 1/2 bath, king en suite with views of vast Kitty Hawk Bay, sunsets, and stars at night; also with Smart TV, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, as well as private access to the top-level furnished deck.
