This impressive 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach home is the ideal hideaway for bigger groups or multiple families. Savor a exhilarating dip in the pool, sand volleyball game, or relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach. If you're looking for privacy, comfort and convenient locations, the Sandy Oaks Cottage is for you!

The Sandy Oaks Cottage is elegantly (and comfortably) decorated, offering ample living space, both inside and out. It is a short (1500 feet or 500 yards) walk from the front door to the beach!

INSIDE:

MAIN (UPPER) LEVEL: Recently remodeled kitchen space, entirely outfitted with everything you need to prepare. The open concept kitchen opens up to the dining room and living room area with enormous TV and comfortable seating (fireplace is currently inoperable). The main level offers a screened in porch and wide deck space for eating, playing or calming. The main level offers a half bath and huge King Primary Suite, with freshly refreshed bathroom and deck access.

LOWER LEVEL: The lower level offers 4 bedrooms, including one CALIFORNIA KING ensuite (with modernized full shower/bath combo bathroom and deck access), one QUEEN bedroom (with deck access), one BUNK ROOM (two (2) Twin over Full bunk beds), and one single bed room (with two (2) TWIN beds). The lower level also offers one additional full hall bathroom with shower/bath combo.

OUTSIDE:

Sandy Oaks Cottage has multiple outdoor living spaces, including two levels of decking (with dining, relaxing, and hammock space). An OUTDOOR SHOWER (with hot and cold water) offers the ideal summer way to clean off after a long day at the beach.

But the star of the home is the secluded and private BACKYARD OASIS. Unwind in the HOT TUB or take a dip in the POOL (complete with pool toys), without worrying about neighbors. The oaks provide a relaxing escape, with the only prying eyes being the occasional family of deer that cross through the property. A GAS GRILL is available for outdoor grilling.

A sand VOLLEYBALL COURT/horseshoes/bocce sets and basketball hoop offer non-water sport options, and will provide hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike.

About the Area

Kitty Hawk is home to this vacation home. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kitty Hawk Pier and Sea Scape Golf Links. Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.
