Welcome to Higher Ground, a handsome, one-of-a-kind bespoke home centrally located just steps from the sound in Kitty Hawk.

This vibrant and unique coastal home offers classic character and fine details at every turn, including a reclaimed shipwreck piece used as the banister post, a sailboat mast repurposed as columns, bespoke doors, flush mount cabinets, and more.

Two separate living areas provide plenty of space for the family to spread out. On the ground level, you will find a queen en suite with a private bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full hall bath, as well as a comfortable den, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and a washer and dryer, and a dining area. Sliding doors open to the fenced-in backyard with a enormous saltwater pool, poolside seating, a hot tub, and a convenient outdoor shower.

Higher Ground is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
