This beautiful bungalow between the highways offers a bubbly hot tub, simple access to local eateries and attractions, along with serene ocean vistas. When you’re ready to hit the beach, savor a short 3-min. walk to the nearest public access (less than 300 feet away).

Outside, there is plenty of parking space in the long driveway which doubles as the ideal basketball court for shooting hoops. An enclosed outdoor shower and gas grille are available for your convenience along with a host of beach toys.

Inside the ground level, chill in the new game room featuring a sitting area around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, microwave and mini-refrigerator for painless snacking, and a card table just waiting for you to challenge your friends to your favorite games! Make sure to shoot a few games on the pool table, guaranteed to provide hours of friendly competition with the ones you appreciate! This huge game room even features a twin couch bed – just in case your little ones need a nap after all the fun. Also on the ground level, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk sets each contain TVs and share access to a full hall bath. A half-bath and laundry room complete the level.

You’ll appreciate the huge, open floorplan upstairs. This cavernous interior features a comfortable living area, dining area, and completely-outfitted kitchen complete with coastal décor, exposed beams, tile floors, and a pretty skylight.
