Guests will also have access to tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you'll find a racquetball/walleyball court, game tables and even an exercise room.

This two-bedroom unit is ideal for couples or modest families looking for convenient access to the beach and on-site amenities. Animals are welcome, so your furry companions can join you on the dog-friendly beaches of Kitty Hawk. Recent updates include all new paint, furnishings and LVP floor throughout - ideal for sandy feet and paws. Appreciate an unobstructed ocean view and around-the-clock sun on the southeast-facing deck off the top-level living area. Downstairs, a second deck is located off the primary bedroom. Imagine waking up and opening your door to the sound of the waves and a salty ocean breeze. Both bedrooms include king beds and ensuite baths for plenty of space and privacy.
