Fairways & Seaspray was constructed in 2019 and is ideal for your next family beach vacation or family event.* Just one-tenth of a mile away from the nearest public beach access on Bleriot St., the whole family could be appreciating fun in the sun with a short 3-min. walk across the Beach Road.

A carport beneath the home and elevator access to all 3-levels makes loading and unloading your suitcases a breeze. Outside, a fenced-in yard contains a 16'x16' square concrete pool for your family to appreciate a fun game of “Marco Polo!” To relax, take a dip in the bubbly Hot Tub.

Inside, the ground-level features a giant game room where your family will appreciate playing a round of billiards at the pool table.
