Private pool, huge grassy yard, under home recreation area with gas grille/ping pong table/corn horn/picnic table/outdoor shower/hammock/beach chairs/umbrella. Semi-Private handsome Southern Shores beach is 2 1/2 blocks away. Distance to the beach is an simple walk or complimentary parking pass is included. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local professional. Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests.
