The entire family can savor this handsome suite offering a separate living room with a sleeper couch, 42’’ HD TV and DVD player. Suite also has two full bathrooms and a furnished patio. Can accommodate up to 6 guests.

• Check-in: 4:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

• A USD $33.83 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; select daily activities; sports equipment; outdoor games including: chess, corn-hole, spike-ball; paddle boat units; movie & boardgames units, Bar-B-Que equipment and PressReader access.

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

~Property Policies~

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. You agree that guests in our room are authorized by you to charge to the room from anywhere in the resort or at any property, unless you advise the Front Desk otherwise.

• Pet Policy: Family Animals are not allowed. This is stringently enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

• Smoking Policy: Beachwoods Resort is a smoke complimentary facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.

AMENITY CLOSURE:
The sizable pool slide is closed until further notice. The arcade/game room is currently closed for renovations through September 13, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This resort is located in Sea Scape, a neighborhood in Kitty Hawk.
