This home is quietly located in Kitty Hawk Landing, an unbuildable peninsula, which is home to some of our local bird species such as the Osprey, Gull, Egret, Heron, and even a rare Bald Eagle. "Fish & Ships" features a cavernous layout, giving your family space to relax or gather for meals. You will have access to a private boat dock, as well as a ping pong table in the garage, and cornhole game for outside entertainment. The yard is fenced in so the whole family can have a anxiety complimentary time while outdoors, including your dogs!

If you are feeling adventurous, try catching your own dinner right out of the back yard! The water teems with shrimp and blue crab, and one will heat the frequent splash as mullet leap into the air.
