This home is well-equipped and offers painless beach access and an open sun deck off the upper and lower areas that face the ocean and has an impressive ocean view. This home has all the amenities of home for a great family vacation.

Ground Level: Covered carport and outside shower. Entry level with laundry area.

Mid Level: Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second door to the hall way), Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds and flat-screen TV/DVD.

Top Level: Great room with huge flat-screen TV/DVD, ocean vistas and deck access, dining room seating 8, kitchen and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and semi-private full bathroom (second door to living areas).

Extras: 5 TVs, 3 DVD players, parking for 4 cars, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, sun decks, enclosed outside shower, 6 ceiling fans and deck furnishings. No Smoking or vaping. NO FAMILY PETS. Full week units only. Beds: 3 Queens, 2 Singles. Distance to beach access: 308'. House Address: 4510 North Virginia Dare Trail, Kitty Hawk. Linens and towels are NOT included but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach. Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Scarborough Lane Shoppes and Outer Banks Mall. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
