Welcome to 'Sandy Toes' and the Outer Banks. This is where troubles fade away and memories are made!
This classic Outer Banks style bungalow is conveniently located at MP 3.7 in Kitty Hawk, a favorite spot of long time Outer Banks visitors. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. There are two full baths, one adjoining the master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to clean off after a great day at the beach. The bungalow has been COMPLETELY modernized in the last few years and has tons of high-end touches to make you feel at home! Here are the most recent improvements:
2018: Samsung 55" 4K WiFi TV w/Samsung soundbar, new guest BR bed frame with storage, new coffee and end tables in the living room, artwork throughout the home
2019: 40" Vizio HDR TV in master bedroom with streaming apps; 24" TV in guest bedroom, Gigabit router, artwork in kids’s room, new swing bench, 2nd bedroom bed

We've also made the move to streaming TV - YouTube TV (over 60+ channels) and Hulu are all included in your rental at no additional cost! With a 400Mps internet connection, you'll have plenty of bandwidth for everybody. And you can use your Netflix or Amazon Prime account to access so much more! You'll have a blast in the evenings here.
Sandy Toes is kid-friendly! A high chair, changing pad, portable crib, crib sheets and toddler cups/silverware are supplied. In addition, there are plenty of beach toys to go along with the 6 beach chairs, 4 body boards and other equipment ready for you to use, all stored in the laundry room downstairs. For our grown-up guests, we get you started with a combination Keurig/drip coffee maker, coffee filters, paper plates, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and and many other supplies not typically supplied. House cleaning is supplied in your rental fee at no additional charge - all costs are constructed into your rental fee! Just take the trash to the curb, empty the refrigerator, sweep the floors and you're on your way home.
We include many more of the amenities of home are already waiting for you at Sandy Toes. Every bedroom has numerous pillows and additional blankets to go along with comforters and pillows included on each bed, and there is ample storage for all your traveling belongings in every room (Note that sheets and bath towels are not supplied). Dressers, closets and hanging space galore. In addition, there is a entirely supplied laundry room, replete with laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets so you can clean up while having fun at the OBX. Lots of beach toys and four body boards are kept in the laundry room for the best beach fun! Linens are not supplied, however, rental for sheets and beach towels are available to rent from a number of companies in the Outer Banks.
Sandy Toes is located in a peaceful neighborhood one block off the beach at roughly milepost 3.7 - close to dining, shopping, and family recreation. There is plenty of deck space, a screened-in porch with vistas of the ocean, chairs and a swing, and a short 4-min. walk to the beach. Feel the anxiety melt away as you sit on the porch gazing at the deep blue ocean. Life doesn't get any better than this!
We are unable to rent to non-related groups under the age of 25, or for the property to be used for a wedding or event venue of any type. Sandy Toes is a non-smoking property and does not accept family pets. Please note that all guests will be required to provide a copy of your driver's license and the names and ages of all travelers in your event. Thank you, and we hope to see you at the beach!
