This property is lovingly and routinely maintained. Located directly on the beach with spectacular expansive ocean vistas both inside and outside the home. New 52" Overlook chairs on the deck to watch the dolphins and maybe even a whale swim by. Shorter chairs are also supplied for those not comfortable that high up!
Unfamiliar with KITTY HAWK? It is Located just over the Wright Memorial Bridge in the Outer Banks (OBX). Brilliantly located in a modest family vintage "Beach Box" town with miles of impressive beach and single family properties. Safe and super convenient to shopping, groceries, local eateries, vet and human medical care; it's simple to discover all the towns in the OBX since Kitty Hawk is centrally located. Travel to the Northern Beaches to find the Wild Horses or travel to the more remote beaches further south. Kitty Hawk really is the ideal, centrally located family and dog centered beach town!

As close to the ocean as you can get. This home sits on the beach with direct ocean access off the deck steps. The ocean vistas are the bees' knees. A sweet and clean dog friendly beach bungalow that is conveniently located on the beach just past Mile Post 3 in Kitty Hawk, N.C. Local dining, gas stations, drug stores and grocery stores are conveniently accessible.
Travel to the northern beaches to see the wild horses or head to the southern beaches for more seclusion. Explore all the towns, light homes, historical landmarks, wildlife refuges, aquarium, golf, great dunes, sunsets on the sound side or just stay home and watch the dolphins while sipping coffee or your favorite drink. Walk off the deck and surf fish for fun or for a fresh caught dinner!
The location of this home cannot be beat nor can the tasteful beach decor and comfortable furnishings. There's a King, Queen and Twin Bedroom, an adjoining full bathroom (shower stall) to the King bedroom and a convenient full bathroom (shower stall) in the hallway. A full size stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway and the full kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with dining essentials and more. Dine at the table with the beach in view or relax on the Lay Z Boy reclining sectional and gaze out the windows as the Pelicans fly by. The oceanside deck features 2 Overlook chairs and 4 tall captains chairs which you may find yourself sitting in most of the time.
There is parking for 3 cars and one car can fit comfortably under cover (height restriction). A handy outdoor shower and charcoal grille complete the experience. Please note: the sand dunes wax and wane throughout the seasons. You are allowed to walk on the dunes on our property to access the beach.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is on the beach.
