Ocean View and direct access to a handsome, wide neighborhood beach right across the beach road. No cottages on the oceanfront to block vistas nor access. With no public parking in the area this beach is primarily for locals so pack your umbrella and head on over! Lifeguard stand is about 100 yards from our front yard and they patrol regularly for your safety.

Give us FIVE! We want you to feel right at home at Waterview Two and we will work to make it happen. We are looking for the highest rating possible and want you to return to our impressive beach home year after year.

Description/Conveniences

You can hear those crashing waves as you sit on the deck with your morning coffee or your evening beverages. Direct access to the beautiful wide beach makes this amazing semi-oceanfront home the ideal choice for couples and families of 8 or less. Beach access is right across the street and there are no homes between Waterview Two and the ocean.

Sit on the front deck rockers or swing and appreciate breezes from the Atlantic Ocean! When you open the door, the beachy furnishings and decor will make you smile. In the the delightful living room/kitchen area you can relax with vistas of the beach from its huge picture windows or dine at the sizable farm table. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, each decorated attractively in beach/nautical themes. Downstairs downstairs find enclosed outdoor shower, cavernous laundry room, storage and parking.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 cars, Enclosed outside shower, covered deck, access to beach just feet away across beach road with crosswalk for safety. Laundry and secure storage is on the ground floor, also covered sitting area.

Main Level: Beachy keen! Waterview Two cheery decor will keep your spirits high. Open plan kitchen and living areas with high speed internet & cable, 50" intelligent TV, Blu-Ray player and ocean vistas. Gather the family for lively breakfasts around the lazy susan dining table. Kitchen amenities are all there with range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. No dishpan hands! Appreciate the dishwasher.

Retire in comfort after each full vacation day. 3 Bedrooms upstairs: Master with Queen, TV and full bath, another Queen, another with full-sized bed & bunk beds, full hall bath, covered porches front and back. Watch the sun rise of the Atlantic from the front and set to the west in the back.

Features include: Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, Blu-ray play, ceiling fans in every room, and deck furnishings.

Rents Saturday to Saturday in the high season.

About linens: We want your vacation to be as pleasant and convenient as possible. Linens are always a question and different owners handle it in different ways. We provide sheets and bath towels. *IF* you decide to use them, you agree to wash, fold and return them to where you found them. Otherwise there is a $100 laundry fee. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS! You are welcome to bring your own linens or rent from the OBX linen companies as well.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this cottage is near the beach. Monument to a Century of Flight and Wright Brothers National Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Children at Play Museum and Sea Scape Golf Links. Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
