Come appreciate this original outer banks beach bungalow. We have a completely outfitted

kitchen where you can prepare your family meals. This bungalow features 3

bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - a total of 2 Queen Beds and 4 Twins.

We have high speed Wi-Fi, a 55 inch intelligent TV, off street parking and yes, we

are pet friendly!

We are located just across the street from a fantastic beach.



### **The space**



The main, or master bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a twin bed.

The second bedroom features a Queen bed and the third bedroom or kid's room

features 3 twin beds.



This Original Beach Cottage, having been constructed in the 1960's, is refreshed

with Central Heat/AC, and has everything needed to savor a fantastic beach

vacation. Parking is directly in front of the bungalow and there is a lockbox

on the unit so that you can check yourself in and out.



We are located "between the highways" as it's called here on the island,

however we are the second home from the water. It will take you less than one

min. to walk to the beaches.



Even with a thorough modernization, the property is a historical home that is

now over 70 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building

standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its

appeal as an older beach bungalow. Our bathrooms are not as huge as modern

constructed, even so, we hope that you will appreciate our older and beautiful home.



### **Guest access**



There is a lockbox on the unit. You can check yourself in and out.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet per stay.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Family Animals must be home trained and stay off of linens and furnishings



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from linens

or furnishings

Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM.



A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No

loud music or noise.



If you lose your key, please contact us and if possible we can provide another

one for you. However, if we are not available, please contact a locksmith.

We do not have a "front desk" - we are a family run business and will try to

accommodate you if possible.

About the Area

Located in Kitty Hawk, this cottage is near the beach. Children at Play Museum and Sea Scape Golf Links are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Scarborough Lane Shoppes and Outer Banks Mall. Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • In the Kitty Hawk area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer time is high season in the Kitty Hawk area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
