The home has a wide-open floor plan with a humongous kitchen separated from the living area and dining room by a huge, 4-seat island. The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals or warm the delicious local fare, a enormous 36" refrigerator with water/ice, and a pantry cabinet that is sizable enough to fit all your groceries. Everything in the kitchen in labeled to make cooking a breeze! Each side of the home contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The beds are new comfortable gel cooling, memory foam beds with 100% cotton sheets - guests rave about them. The outside space is just as cozy as the inside space! Savor ocean view from the BRAND NEW, huge deck that wraps around 3 sides of the home with plenty of polywood furnishings! The ocean-side deck has a screened-in porch ideal for calming in the swing or picnicking at the picnic table! The outdoor space underneath the deck includes a 6-8 person Hot Tub (year-round), hammock, and swing! No need to go too far for a drink or snack as there is a full refrigerator/freezer in the downstairs guest amenities closet. A huge outdoor shower with two shower heads is ideal for after the beach, before/after the hot tub, or just your everyday vacation shower! One is set shorter for the little ones to use more effortlessly, helping you to have time to rinse/shower while your kids do the same. The laundry room is underneath on the ocean side of the home, past the shower. It also contains a utility sink and toilet. The driveway is huge enough space to comfortably park 4-6 cars with one being semi covered. The guest amenities closet is filled with beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys, 2 bicycles, corn hole, and bocce ball for you to appreciate.
