Immaculate, bespoke constructed, new home. Winner in the 2016 Outer Banks Parade of Homes. Located in charming Southern Shores, North Carolina. Our home is completely furnished with 3 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed and one full-over-full bunk. Open designed-great room with vaulted ceilings, and huge flat screen TV is ideal for family gatherings . Step outside to the roomy deck with Adirondack chairs under outdoor fan overlooking daytime swimmers and evening sunsets. Downstairs rec room with flat screen tv and wet bar and refrigerator is ideal for a teenager's hideaway. A fast step outside takes you to our private pool/hot tub area with outside shower and fenced backyard. Open the garage door and set up a game of corn hole, steaks on the grille or take the bicycles for a short ride to downtown Duck or straight to the oceanfront.
