decks.
Five sizable bedrooms will comfortably hold the biggest families or groups, and there is
driveway parking for eight cars. New living room couches and chairs are comfortable,
and upgraded granite kitchen counters and newly painted cabinets sparkle. A new
cargo lift eases the transfer of bags and groceries to all floors.
It's only a short walk to lifeguarded beach access or you can swim in your backyard
private pool (10 x 20). The top-floor living room has a big, flat-screen HDTV with DISH
and a Blu-ray player and is supplied with current videos, board games and a lending

view of the ocean and flat-screen HDTV, Play Station 3 and pool table.
