This striking 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, offering a seamless blend of modern amenities and classic beachside appeal. The home is charmingly located to capture beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, all while being only a block away from the beach, so you will feel the sand under your feet just steps from your door!

Spend evenings on the top level deck, appreciating the ocean breeze and catching the spectacular nighttime sky. The heart of Ocean Breeze is outdoor space, where you can soak up the sun or take a invigorating dip at your leisure in the outdoor pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee). The cavernous fenced-in yard provides a secure and private space, ideal for families with kids, so fun can be had by all at any time of the day without a worry. As you step into the roomy interior, you'll be greeted by a light-filled living space furnished with coastal decor, creating an inviting ambiance for your stay. The property offers an elevator for simple access to each floor, ensuring convenience for all guests. With four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, this vacation home can comfortably accommodate families or modest groups. The bedrooms are comfortable retreats after a day of exploring the close by beaches and attractions.

Beach Access: Located just a short walk drive from the home. Byrd Street beach access is located south of the home and offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive. Head south on Lindbergh Avenue until you reach Byrd Street. Cross Virginia Dare Trail at the marked pedestrian cross walk.

With its vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, private elevator, private heated pool, and enormous fenced yard, this Ocean Breeze offers a ideal blend of luxury, and oceanside charm.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Animals Accepted. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a cozy 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
