It's close to all Kitty Hawk has to offer! Including day trips around the Outer Banks, shopping and dining! This is a place you will return to year after year!

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this roomy home can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults (Including the futon), making it ideal for a multi-family vacation. All of the bedrooms are gorgeously decorated and feature comfortable linens.

Life is Still good has an striking range of upgrades and amenities that will make your stay ideal. Appreciate the hot tub and private in-ground pool with family and friends. The backyard area is ideal for calming and the pool is ideal for a fast afternoon dip on a hot summer days. Unique to the area, this beach home has a cavernous recreation room with a pool table and flat screen tv. This is the ideal space for the kids, or the adults who want to act like kids :)

The entirely equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a delicious home cooked meal during your stay. The spacious open concept living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time with appreciated ones, and is open to the kitchen and dining room. This area is ideal for multiple families or sizable groups. Just off this main living space is one of three upsized outdoor decks, which is the ideal spot to take in the impressive ocean vistas while appreciating a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Walk up to the 3rd level deck an appreciate countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean :)

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee, beach chairs, and serviced pool and brand new hot tub.

Note: We do not supply beach towels. However, there are a few companies on OBX that rent towels for the week, we're happy to help arrange that for you if you'd like.

Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel. (We don't supply beach towels)
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunk beds.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our home!
Want to beat the traffic?! We offer COMPLIMENTARY 12 pm. Check-in to outdoor spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near the beach.
