The wraparound deck offers a great place to have your morning coffee or favorite evening drink while star-gazing at the amazing OBX nighttime sky.

When everybody has their fill of toes in the sand and sunshine, the interior will be ideal for entertaining and calming with the family, and plenty of room to spread out. Kick back on the couch in the living area and stream your favorite shows or movies. No vacation is complete without some tasty meals that can effortlessly be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. As you enter the home, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms one with a queen and a kid-friendly one with two twins, and a den where kids of all ages will adore to hang out, complete with their own beverage center and multi-game arcade table . The upper level offers a king en-suite and another queen bedroom so everybody is sure to find just the right place to retire and rejuvenate for the next day's adventures.

Beach Access: Just a fast drive from the home! Closest beach access is located at the Kitty Hawk Bath House which is located just off of Kitty Hawk Road. The access offers a paved parking lot, bath home and lifeguard (in-season).

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
