This miraculous estate also shines with all new high-quality hickory floors, a six-foot-wide constructed-in gas fireplace and blue tooth home theater. At Seventh Sun you'll be amazed by the 70 feet of gray and white granite kitchen counters, the 1 "King" and 3 "Queen" master suites (1 king and 1 queen have soaking tubs, glass and tile walk-in showers and Carerra granite counters).

There is a bedroom with one triple bunk set and one bunk set, a bedroom with one triple bunk set- Both with the coolest new technology in bladeless ceiling. All six bedrooms are finished with LED intelligent TVs and chic furnishings. With a brand-new tank-less hot water system you will never run out of hot water.

A striking spiral staircase directs you from the living room to the Ship's Watch which stands 40 feet high above the rest of the island where you'll savor watching whales, dolphins and beach-goers as you catch the sweet ocean breezes blowing off the Atlantic. A great spot to appreciate the morning sunrise or just lay back and relax listening to the waves crash just feet away.

The Upper Level of Seventh Sun is striking!

You'll walk up a couple steps to the "King" Suite. A massive 16 by 24-foot Shangri-La complete with a king bed, intelligent TV and full bathroom. The striking bathroom features a soaking tub, double sink, granite counter top, entirely tiled glass partitioned shower and Carerra grey cabinets.
The "Queen" Suite is a "L" shaped 12 by 18-foot gem with a queen bed, full bathroom and intelligent TV. This bathroom also features a soaking tub, double sink, granite counter top, completely tiled glass partitioned shower and Carerra grey cabinets.
In the plush living room, with its vaulted ceiling, a 75" LED intelligent T.V. awaits you along with a wraparound couch and a blue tooth home theater system!
Below the TV sits the enclosed six-foot gas fireplace to enjoy during seasonal chilly nights.

The entire backyard is fortress fenced and safe for kids and Fido!
