There is plenty of parking space and a carport beneath the home to make unloading simple no matter the weather. Savor swimming laps or floating around in the 16'x'16' square concrete pool. The backyard area offers plenty of place for yard games and is entirely fenced-in. Enjoy your martini around the outdoor bar that features a Bluetooth-enabled TV and then take a calming dip in the comfortable hot tub. Inside, a sizable recreation room includes a pool table, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, and an elevator so it is painless to access all three levels for those who can't use the stairs.
