It’s time to “BEACH PAR-TEE FORE SHORE”! This incredible home features both OCEAN & FAIRWAY VIEWS and is located a SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH on Hole #1 of the SeaScape Golf Course in Kitty Hawk. It features an 8-PERSON HOT TUB, a huge SWIMMING POOL (unheated), and a game room with a POOL TABLE and FOOSBALL. It has a enormous Great Room/Dining/Kitchen area GREAT FOR LARGE FAMILY GATHERINGS. Free WI-FI with speed up to 60mps. 7 TV’S and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. The roomy breakfast bar and dining tables seat 14+ with additional seating if necessary. All three areas have OCEAN VIEWS. Magnificent decks with constructed-in benches have OCEAN VIEWS and overlooks the POOL and also the FAIRWAY! Located on a private road located in Kitty Hawk near where Orville and Wilbur Wright flew their first flight.

There are 2 King master suites, 3 Queen bedrooms, and 2 twins. As an added additional, you'll find all the beds made with fresh linens upon your arrival compliments of the homeowner! There is also a 3rd story WIDOW’S WATCH/LOFT/STUDY with an gorgeous view of the ocean and golf course. Great for chilling out, reading a book, watching TV or just calming after a fun filled day at the beach or on the links. Speaking of relaxing, did we mention the 8-PERSON HOT TUB.

In the recreation room, you’ll find a kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave, pool & foosball tables. Outside appreciate the splendor of a giant 30’ x 13’ foot swimming pool and an 8-person hot tub. There is also a screened porch, grille, and enclosed outside shower.

Glazin' Go-Nuts and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park. Traveling with kids? When to book & When to go:

  • The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
