Mid Level: Great room with TV/DVD (Direct TV), games and Queen Sleep Couch. Dining room with seating for 8and kitchen island with seating for 5. Totally equipped kitchen with tons of cabinets, counter tops, dishes, pots, pans and everything to meet your cooking needs. Coffee maker has a single cup or pot of coffee selection. There is an open sun deck on the street side. On the Oceanside, there is a screened porch with table and seating for 4 along with an open deck with glider and chairs. Queen Bedroom with Roku TV and semi-private full bathroom with walk in shower only (second door from bathroom to living areas).
Top Level: Loft area with additional table seating 4 plus a Day Bed with Trundle and an open sundeck with impressive ocean vistas. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom with a Double/Double Bunk (double over double bunk bed) with Roku TV/DVDplayer that shares a jack-n-Jill bathroom with a King Bedroom with TV/DVD (direct TV). Linens and towels are NOT supplied but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.
