This three bedroom suite features a plush king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in both second and third bedrooms. Appreciate a entirely-equipped kitchen that provides all of amenities of a home and the convenience to make a meal, a separate living room with a sleeper couch, 42’’ HD TV and DVD player that entire family can appreciate. Suite also has two and a half bathrooms and a furnished patio. Can accommodate up to 8 guests.

• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

• A USD $33.83 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; select daily activities; sports equipment; outdoor games including: chess, corn-hole, spike-ball; paddle boat units; movie & boardgames units, Bar-B-Que equipment and PressReader access.

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

• Pet Policy: Animals are not allowed. This is stringently enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

• Smoking Policy: Beachwoods Resort is a smoke complimentary facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.

This resort is located in Sea Scape, a neighborhood in Kitty Hawk. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Fort Raleigh National Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Children at Play Museum and Paradise Fun Park. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
